Pathfinder K-8 Leadership Announcement

Please join me in welcoming Ms. Daxa Thomas as the permanent principal of Pathfinder K-8!

Ms. Thomas has been serving as interim principal since the end of the 2024–25 school year. During this time, her leadership has been both impactful and inspiring. She has worked closely with the Pathfinder community, strengthening systems that support student learning and well-being. Her collaborative approach and steady guidance have been clearly felt across the school.

Principal Thomas was selected through a thoughtful and inclusive hiring process that included input from staff, families, and district leaders. Her dedication to shared leadership, equity, and student success stood out and reflected the values prioritized by the Pathfinder community.

We are excited for the future and confident in the direction Pathfinder K-8 is headed under Principal Thomas’s leadership.
