Procurement Time – we need your help!

Are you a house painter with a free Saturday? Has your cabin at Lake Chelan been gathering dust?  Does your neighbor still teach circus classes? What talent, service or item could you, your friends, neighbors, relatives or co-workers donate to the auction? This year’s auction is on March 16, and we have a very short time to stock our online, silent and live auction programs with irresistible auction items.

Turn in your procurement forms and donations at school, by mail or online.  

Here are a few ideas to get us all thinking:

• Vacation homes and trips: cabins, theme park adventures, guided hikes
• Activities for groups: kids movie night, parents night out, swimming
• Help with home or garden projects: bulb planting, gutter cleaning, painting
• Unique experiences: hot air balloon ride, sail around Puget Sound, backstage passes
• Tickets to events: sports, theater, concerts (do you have season tickets you can share?)
• Gift certificates/items from local restaurants and businesses: don’t be shy! Most businesses love to help out.
• Homemade items: art, baked goods, hand crafted items 
• Professional services: dog walking, kids haircuts for a year, massage
• Babysitting voucher for 10 sessions
• Catered party for a group
• Child’s treehouse or playhouse
• Crafting class with supplies
• Glass blowing class
• Guided climb on Mt. Rainier
• Travel package: Disneyland, Hawaii, San Juan Islands, Palm Springs
• Paintball party for a group
• Behind the scenes: at the zoo, Boeing, Ballet, cheese-making factory
• Day on a farm
• Tickets and dinner: theater, sporting events, special events, concerts, shows
• Instant wine cellar
• Rafting trip
• Wildwaves party package
• Daily/weekly lattes for a month/year
• Weekend stays at: cabin, timeshare, condo, hotel, villas
• Classes/lessons: dance, crafting, cooking
